Dundale, Villanova University
Special sensitivity to preserving the historic character of the building was essential in this late Victorian manor designed by Addison Hutton in 1890, especially the areas that required dense open office planning. Now home to the University’s development department, trustee boardroom and diverse fundraising event spaces, the project included historic research, space planning, furnishings, and coordination with landscape architects, consultants for the catering kitchen, graphics and signage, and lighting, mechanical and structural engineers.
